OneShift is a digital program delivered immediately after purchase, so access cannot be returned once it has been granted.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or never received access, write to us at hello@oneshift.co with your order details and we will sort it out.

Requesting a review

If you feel the program was not what was described, email us within 7 days of purchase and tell us what happened. We review these requests case by case.
